The Stables has two bedrooms, one of which has been designed to NAS M2 standards. This double bedroom has an en suite wetroom with a huge single level shower and French doors on to the garden. The other bedroom (not M2 rated) also has an en suite wetroom and can be arranged as one king size bed or two child singles. Communally there is a standard WC and an extremely spacious living area, with a beautiful bespoke kitchen and adequate seating for at least 10, so if you are planning on entertaining there is more than enough space and equipment. There are windows on three sides so the apartment is flooded with light and offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and heritage trail. Outside there is a tranquil seating and barbeque area overlooking the river as well as storage for bicycles, kayaks and other outdoor pursuit kit, a drying room and a bike wash down space.
