Booking and Availability

We are very proud of Salmon River Apartments and really would be delighted to have you to stay.

1.    Making a Booking

There are a number of ways you can check availability or make a booking:

2.    Deposit

Once we have agreed a booking we will invoice you for 10% of the total cost of your stay.  This will act as a deposit.  Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received this deposit and it has cleared in our bank account.

3.    Paying the balance

We will send you a second invoice for the remaining balance of the cost of your stay.  This invoice must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. The second invoice will include a £100 refundable damages deposit.  This will be returned to you after your visit subject to the property being left in good order.

4.    Arrival Information

We will contact you regarding checking in and any special requirements you have.

Please Note

The booking deposit is non refundable. If you need to change your booking this may be possible subject to availability but if you cancel you will lose your deposit.

Cancelations less than 8 weeks prior to your stay are charged at 50% of your total cost. No refunds are given for cancellations of less than 48 hours prior to your visit.

We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

For a party of four, The Stables ground floor apartment is the perfect option. With two double or twin en-suite bedrooms, separate WC, a large open plan living area and riverside garden there is plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy your visit.
